If you want a lovely restaurant to go to with very cool decor and excellent food, then you have to try Osteria dell’Arancio located just at the bend in the Kings Road. Hubby and I have frequented this place a number of times, and I am just getting around to sharing….

Vino vino! Recommended by Maurizio.

We always default to whatever bottle of wine Maurizio (excellent sommelier) recommends, and have been to his wine tastings, which take place on the first floor of the restaurant. Tastings are free if you have dinner afterwards! Maurizio is holding two upcoming tastings, the 23 of June and 27 of July. To book call 020 7349 8111.

Bugaboo steps it up a notch…Teams up with Missoni.

UNFORTUNATELY, there is no way I am going to convince Hubby that when Mini AG 2 decides to grace us with his/her presence, that I am allowed a new Bugaboo. DARN.
For all of you Mummies bopping along your high street and not feeling special enough with your Chamelon, check this out…… Bugaboo is now teaming up with design-house Missoni, and I have to say, I think these are fantastic!

They are releasing two models, a Cameleon and a Bee. I personally think the Bee is adorable. Both come with a blanket knit in Italy, obviously.

DOWNSIDE. These little didies are available from July 2011, but apparently only at Neiman Marcus in the States, so if you’re committed to getting one, look into shipping it over, or having a friend bring it. That said, I’m sure they will make their way across the pond at some stage….. lets hope…..

Joël Robuchon. He gets me every time.

While London used to get a bad-rap for terrible cuisine, we’ve got it all now, including all the big-name chefs…
On Tuesday we went to L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, located over in Covent Garden, right next to The Ivy. My Hubby and I are just a little obsessed with Joël and have dined at his restaurants in New York, Las Vegas, Monte Carlo, and of course here in London.

The restaurant is divided into three floors. The Salon Bar is on top, and perfect for a before or after dinner cocktail. The second floor, La Cuisine, is more of the traditional restaurant setting, and the ground floor, L’Atelier, is high tables and counter seating overlooking part of the kitchen. The food is simply phenomenal, and I love the whole idea of French tapas!
