American Girl in Chelsea

A chic guide for American women who have relocated to London, England.

My favorite local Italian spot in Chelsea.

If you want a lovely restaurant to go to with very cool decor and excellent food, then you have to try Osteria dell’Arancio located just at the bend in the Kings Road. Hubby and I have frequented this place a number of times, and I am just getting around to sharing….

Vino vino! Recommended by Maurizio.
We always default to whatever bottle of wine Maurizio (excellent sommelier) recommends, and have been to his wine tastings, which take place on the first floor of the restaurant. Tastings are free if you have dinner afterwards! Maurizio is holding two upcoming tastings, the 23 of June and 27 of July. To book call 020 7349 8111.

Roasted sea bass seved with asparagus and cherry tomatoes.
DELICIOUS!
Pappardelle with spicy sausage from Calabria, spinach and fresh goat’s cheese.
I couldn’t take a picture fast enough, Hubby already attacked!
Tiramisu time.

Cheese board amazingness.
