It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go the U.S. I end up being so excited to be around friends and family that I eat (and have way to many cocktails) and eat and eat. Katuysa Spicy Tuna, In-N-Out, La Scala Presto… the list goes on. I never watch what I eat when I am home, and you’d think after 8 years of going back and forth that I would learn my lesson.

Now that I am back in the London groove, back at work and kids back are back to school, it was time for a little reset, especially with London Fashion Week coming up. I wanted an all-green intensive three day cleanse and looked to Purifyne for a regimen. I’ve met Irina, who creates all of the recipes, and have heard her talk passionately about health and wellbeing. Her juices are all cold-pressed, organic, and even the pure green ones are delicious.

The Purifyne Cleanses are great because, like a lot of juice companies, they don’t just drop your package and leave with you not knowing what to do. Every day there is email support with tips for staying on track. Depending on which cleanse you choose, (full list on their website, here) there’s also great supplements included, like colossan powder (which will clean you RIGHT out!) as well as raw alkaline teas, and a vegetable soup so you won’t starve to death. I also loved the way that the juices were delivered in an insulated cooler bag, perfect for taking them to work.

After three days with Purifyne, I literally feel like a new person. It hasn’t undone my entire Los Angeles eat-a-thon, but my jeans feel much much better.

If you’re looking to hit the September reset button, I would definitely recommend a Purifyne Cleanse. If you decide to order a juices for the day, you can also place your order on Quiqup.
