Strolling through Harvey Nichols a few weekends ago I stopped dead in my shopping tracks when I saw these Elina Linardaki sandals. Gutted that I found them at the end of the summer, I quickly brought them to the till and I have pretty much had them on since.
The bad news? Summer is coming to end. The good news? London has had a few hot Septembers on record, and if you don’t wear your sandals now, there’s always next year.
Elina Linardaki are handmade in Greece, their trademark is a mix – and – match of naturally tanned leather and colorful details such as traditionally painted trims and ceramic beads, friendship macramé and pom poms, gold plated charms, even semiprecious stones and swarovski crystals.
