American Girl in Chelsea

A chic guide for American women who have relocated to London, England.

{Fashion Friday} For the AGs that love Vintage…

Few things are more heavenly then a great piece of vintage, and Jeff Ihenacho at One of a Kind in Notting Hill is stocking A LOT of heaven.

One of a Kind is located at the very top of Portobello Road and has been featured in all the major fashion mags including Vogue and Elle. The front part of the shop has some amazing pieces, but make sure you ask to see the “by appointment only” back room. This is where the magic happens. Celebs such as Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham, and Naomi Campbell are big fans, and so is American Girl.

Years ago when I met Jeff for the first time I purchased the most amazing Vivienne Westwood pearl choker, and a giant Gucci trunk that I now store all my jewelry in. This time I just went to browse (unfortunately) and check in with Jeff.

I asked Jeff where he found some of these amazing pieces, he exclaimed “The pieces find me darling!”

Chanel earrings

again.

Chain-link Chanel bag.
Um, can you tell what my favorite label is?

Shoes, shoes, shoes…

Amazing vintage Chanel cuff which I almost stole.

AND, the man who makes it happen, Jeff Ihenacho.

What’s your favorite vintage store in London?
