What do you do when one of your dearest AG gal-pals decides she is moving back to New York? You shed a few tears, throw a fabulous luncheon, and make her promise to take you to Bergdorfs next time you’re in the city.
That’s just what me a few other ladies did last Friday at The Pelham Hotel in South Kensington. After beginning the afternoon with a few glasses of champagne and some scrumptious canapés, we picked through our fashionable friend’s leftover make-up and beauty products that she can’t import back to NYC with her. I should mention that this particular friend is a fabulous beauty editor, so there was a ton of goodies to choose from!
Here are a few snaps from our afternoon… which accidentally lasted until the evening.
If you’re looking to host a girly event, I would definitely recommend checking out the lovely private room at The Pelham! The food was delicious, and the service was perfect. The team arranged lovely flowers to our specification and even set up an i-pod docking station so we could listen to our favorite tunes while we lunched, and later danced… yes, it turned into THAT kind of afternoon.
It was such a wonderful and memorable afternoon, I couldn't have asked for anything better! Will miss you AG, and the rest of the gang! xo
