If you haven’t been to Sketch yet, this is a London experience you definitely need to have. Located in Mayfair, this hip and happening hot-spot has been going strong since 2002.
Husband and I went for a date night and had drinks in the East Bar, and then dinner in the Gallery. French Master Chef Pierre Gagnaire has created a fantastic menu. We ordered the sea bass carpaccio which was incredible, and so was the cauliflower risotto. We ended the meal with a selection of delicious macaroons.
I just love the ambiance of this place, it’s so cool. The Gallery is surrounded by giant screens which showcase video exhibitions which are constantly changing.

I love Sketch! My flatmate took me there for my birthday last year, what an interesting place. We went into the Parlor after for drinks, you should definitely go back!

Went there for a birthday as well – had a great time! Drinks afterward in the parlour were a great way to cap off a great dinner. Be sure to check out the toilets – those are an experience as well!
I have heard and read so much about Sketch recently, from its space-odyssey-like feel to its delicious food (and from what you wrote that you ate, I can only imagine)! All this is just going to make sure I hit Sketch the next time I visit London – hopefully soon.

Hi Venus, the toilets are all uni-sex and shaped like individual giant eggs. Be prepared for a surprise when you sit down on the loo…. xx
