Calling all fellow chocolate lovers, get ready to indulge in pure chocolate heaven to celebrate Chocolate Week (yes it’s apparently a thing), as Duke of York Square will once again be hosting its delectable Chocolate Market on Saturday 17th October.
The addition to the regular Saturday Fine Food Market will be an opportunity to taste some of the finest, and most luxurious artisanal chocolate, with each chocolatier carefully chosen by Chelsea institution, Partridges.
The Chocolate Market will feature a range of established and artisanal chocolatiers offering an array of delicious treats available to sample and purchase. Among them will be Lavolio whose award-winning artisan confectionary collection offers a range of luxury and natural sweet treats in five distinctly delicious mixes using a traditional confectionery art still alive in Italy today.
Further vendors taking part in the Chocolate Week Market include: chocolatier to the Royal Family Prestat (who also have a shop a few minutes’ walk away on Pavilion Road), superfood champions Doisy and Dam, award-winning London chocolate pioneer and creator of delicious drinking chocolate Sir Hans Sloane, as well as celebrated chocolatiers Nom Nom, Churros Garcia, Basil and Hope amongst others; ensuring this year’s Duke of York Square chocolate market will be too deliciously tempting to miss.
Chocolate Week will be celebrated around the UK from Monday 12th to Sunday 18th October 2015 through hundreds of events including talks, tastings, demonstrations and sampling. The week will celebrate chocolate in all its forms and showcase some of the best chocolatiers in the world.
The Duke of York Square Saturday Fine Food Market will be open for business as usual between 10am and 4pm, with all weekly vendors present, along with a selection of chocolatiers. Entry is complimentary.
