Last week I was invited to try the Natura Bissé Cure facial at the Agua Spa at The Sanderson Hotel. I haven’t been to The Sanderson in a while so it was nice to pop back into the quirky, modern, yet cozy space. Agua is a very different spa, and if you haven’t been in yet, it’s worth the trip. The space used to be used for fabric dying many many years ago, so the ceilings are super high and all of the rooms are separated by flowing white fabrics.
After arriving at the spa, I changed into my robe and waited in the all-white relaxation room to start my treatment. My therapist came and collected me and walked me to our treatment room while explaining how fantastic the Natura Bissé Cure facial is. The treatment includes a double cleansing process inspired by traditional Japanese protocols and the extraction of impurities. It stings a little bit, but that means it’s working- right?! After cleansing my skin the therapist applied aloe and propolis which my skin immediately soaked up. I practically fell asleep during the lymphatic drainage and the nano-stimulating mask which followed. After the treatment my skin was smoother and definitely had a glow to it.
After the treatment I was led into one of the private slumber pods and given a beautiful and delicious flowering jasmine tea and an avocado and papaya smoothie, which was perfect because I had skipped lunch. The private pod was so incredibly warm and comforting. I wanted to stay there for the entire afternoon.
The Natura Bissé Cure facial is 75 minutes and will normally set you back £100, but right now Agua is having a special April treat. For this month the treatment will cost £90 AND you’ll be presented afterwards with a deluxe gift setwhich includes the Cure cleanser, The Cure Sheer Eye, The Cure Hydro-Gel Toner, and the Cure Sheer Touch. It’s a perfect starter kit for the Natura Bissé products which you will be addicted to after having this treatment!
