After staring at the long legs of models all week, it’s time to get re-excited about my diet and exercise routine. If you’re an avid reader, you know that I am completely obsessed with Barrecore. I try to do between three and four (if I’m having a very productive week) classes a week, and I have really seen the changes in my body after having two babies relatively close together. Barrecore was closed over August (which was sad) to add an additional studio. Now there are even more classes, and more stellar instructors.

Well, we all know that it’s not just about exercise, but also majorly about diet. One of the best ways to kick-off a healthy eating routine is by trying a Radiance juice cleanse. I did a three day juice cleanse a couple weeks ago which included five juices a day and a few supplements. Not only could I see the difference on the scale, but I actually had a few people mention how great my skin looked. It was a win-win.
