Every so often I get a little nudge from Hubby, “You should totally post on this.” I usually calmly explain to him that most of you lovely ladies would probably have no interest in “An American Girl’s Guide to the Rugby World Cup.” OK, but this little nudge sounded a bit fun, and educational, so I thought I would share. That and I think he secretly would find it sexy if I could speak knowledgeably about his favorite post-work tipple.
The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show will be the finest whisky festival ever seen in London, by continuing to focus exclusively on the most premium whiskies in each exhibitor’s portfolios. These wonderful examples of the distiller’s art will be freely available for all visitors to taste as part of the all-inclusive ticket price – there will be no voucher system at The Whisky Show.
In addition, all guests at the Show will receive a hearty, healthy two-course meal at the Show Brasserie, with a menu designed in conjunction with famous food & whisky expert Martine Nouet. Martine will also be working with exhibitors to create sophisticated food matches for the dedicated Whisky- Pairing room.
The main show will take place inside the atmospheric arches of the Great Halls at Vinopolis, where exhibitors will be offering samples of whiskies from all over the world, including Indian, Japanese and even English whiskies.
The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show is being held at Vinopolis, London on the 7th and 8th October 2011. Tickets are available for £95 from www.whisky-show.com. This could also be a great gift for your other-half.
