My little Royal Wedding Brunch…

Hey ladies. I hope you had an amazing day yesterday celebrating the wedding of the decade! Here’s a little glimpse of what I did…..
A casual brunch at home.
I wanted a small group so I could actually focus on TV coverage….

And when “The Kiss” was over,
Off to the pub…..

No photos of the post-pub party hopping unfortunately.

And NOW, my thoughts…

I adored the second dress….

I think Pippa stole the show…

Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice… even though dressed in Vivienne Westwood and Valentino… TRAIN-WRECK! How have these girls not hired a royal stylist?

Will and Kate are an adorable, down to earth couple, who are going to be super fun to watch!

Now, when is she going to get knocked-up?!

What did you ladies think?

Post Edit: Had to add this silliness…. ha!

Have you been Shellaced?

Hi girls,

Hope you all had a nice Easter weekend. I had such a lovely weekend with family and friends soaking up the sunshine! LOVING the fact that this is a three day work-week too. Thanks Wills and Kate!

Ok, so my tip for you today is all about the SHELLAC! It kinda sounds like something Charlie Sheen would do- but its actually all about chip-free nails. I am obsessed.

Most gel-based polishes I have tried or seen look like puffy paint to me, but not with shellac. It goes on just like regular nail polish, and dries instantly under UV light. Gone are the days of having to wait 20 minutes to have your nails dry only to screw them up searching through your bag….

AND, the best part is that it lasts for 2 weeks. One downside, if your nails grow fast, the growth can be noticeable next to the polish. The other- it’s £35- so very pricey for a manicure, although if you go every week for a normal manicure, it makes sense to try.

Shellac is available at Nail Spa locations. I frequent the South Ken one.

A spring “must have”- J-brand brights!

If you haven’t heard of the new colored j-brands, you’ve been in a fashion-cave. I am just loving these for spring and waiting for my order to come in at Trilogy

The pastels are also really cute if you don’t want to be so bold…..

My secret AG spies have told me that Kate Middleton purchased the blue ones yesterday, although I am still holding out for the fuschia, which are more my style….

To be paired, oh so classically with, a white Theory collared shirt and Tory Burch flats.

My favorite Royal Wedding Trinkities….

Got the Royal Wedding fever yet? Sometimes I feel like us Americans are more excited then the Brits…If one more of my British girlfriends (sorry ladies) says Kate is boring, I am going to scream. I am personally obsessed with her. We do share the same haircut after all…

Anyways, I personally have collected a few silly things for April 29. Here are some of my favorites….
Not-so-traditional commemorative Emma Bridgewater Mug. Available here

King and Queenie Pillows. I bought these for our guest room. Available here.
Friend and Fashion Expert Jamie Roy from FabSugar found these adorable diddies from French Sole. Available here
Royal Tea. Cute idea to send to your tea drinking friends back home. Available here
