If you happen to be in the bustling city of Hong Kong (and you may very well be for business or Husband’s business) then you absolutely must check out the W Hotel.
Your first stop (or in my case, my last stop before boarding the plane home) should be at Bliss Spa. The views over the harbor and city are incredible. I had the triple oxygen facial treatment, which is one of Bliss’s classics. For the full review on the facial, check out my article on The Notebook, here, and you can even book one at the Sloane Street spa if you feel so inclined.
And then there was the food… Husband and I had the extra special treat of trying the chef’s menu at Sing Yin, the hotel’s signature restaurant serving scrumptious (and unique!) Cantonese food. The menu had some traditional dishes like “Buddha jumps over the wall,” which is a soup with a lot of different sea creatures! Look at me being adventurous.
My favorite dish, the stir-fried garoupa with asparagus and red raisins.

We had an incredible time and felt oh-so-hip and trendy and this uber-cool hotel.

I love baths with a view and that's one certainly worth taking a dip for.
