If you’re anything like me you are constantly having family come to visit, so it’s always important to know about great and affordable hotels that are located near all the main touristy attractions.
Recently, Hilton Hotels took over a number of properties in London, and one I thought would be great to share with you is the Double Tree in Westminster. The hotel was part of the Mint Hotel Group and Hilton has done a major remodel.
Located close to the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and the Tate, and priced at around £130 per night, this a great options for any visitors who decide that they are crossing the pond for a visit!

With parents and in-laws dying to meet their new grandchild and girlfriends that always seem to be in Europe, I’m always looking for new hotels to recommend, and the newly revamped Doubletree Westminster is definitely a good option.
There's also a great restaurant called 'Silk' at one of these. It used to be an old court-room and still has all the traditional bits on display! Good fun! 🙂
