American Girl in Chelsea

A chic guide for American women who have relocated to London, England.

Jazz it up…

May 13, 2010 | Leave a Comment

A great night out shouldn’t be this hard to find. Tucked away in the basement of what almost looks like an abandoned building on Lots Road, the 606 Club has been putting on amazing jazz sessions for over thirty years. The club showcases all types of jazz from traditional to contemporary, and some big names even drop in once in a while so check the schedule. In order to order drinks, you’ll have to book a table for dinner, so make it a complete night out. Or if you just want to go for the music, you can pay to listen in. Whatever you do, enjoy the fantastic jazz. AG came home with a stack of cds to load on her ipod! We had a great evening in that club, we would recommend it. There are also a lot of other things to do around 606 Club. There are other restaurants around and there are a couple of casinos within walking distance too. For those who love to gamble, there is ample opportunity to do so in this area. Before visiting any casinos, it might be worth practicing on an online casino, such as this xe88 apk 2021 download. Hopefully, that will increase the chances of success.
