For the American Ladies who lunch…. — American Girl in Chelsea

I don’t know about you, but Harrods really stresses me out. Sure, it has everything you could ever need but no matter how many times I’ve been, I still get lost. By the end of the trip it is definitely time for a nice lunch with a lovely glass of wine.
So, I have another golden tip for you ladies. Whether you’re shopping at Harrods or Harvey Nics (aka Mecca), stop and have a leisurely lunch at The Capital Hotel in between your errands. It’s located right in between the two stores, so it’s convenient, but it’s also super delicious!

I stepped in here to have an amazing meal with a girlfriend last week….

Ravioli of duck foie gras leeks and black truffle…. yum yum yummmy.

Hand-dived scallops, celeriac purée, frisée and bacon crisps

The Capital Hotel is partnered with The Levin Hotel next door, who makes their own Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, it’s delicious!

And of course, you know I can’t say no to dessert…

**The Capital also has a whiskey and cheese pairing on their menu which my Hubby will love, so we’re going back soon.
