The second that it starts to get cold my skin turns in to the Sahara Desert. Add on an 11 hour flight with two toddlers, and jet lag, and my skin is usually pretty much a MESS when doing the London to Los Angeles commute. Not to mention hitting the town with all my girlfriends when I get here. (Read- too many cocktails). Luckily, I found the Erno Lazlo’s New Hydra-Therapy Memory Sleep Mask right before the trip, and I have been using it every night this week. I don’t tend to push individual products on you girls a lot, but when I find something this magical, I have to share.
After my usual nighttime routine, I massaged on the mask and simply went to bed. Most masks, especially night-time ones are so greasy, I always end up having to wash my hair the next morning, but not with this one. That’s because the mask also features a unique texture based on memory foam developed for the NASA space program! The weightless gel cushions the skin, and literally restoring youthful bounce and elasticity overnight. After sleeping in the mask, you literally wake up feeling like you’ve had a deeply moisturizing facial in your sleep.
And what’s even better is that the anti-aging and moisturizing effects all come from nature. The mask contains Prickly Pear Extract which is the desert fig plant first used as a skin remedy by the Aztecs and retains water even after it is rinsed off. The mask also has Mugwort and Green Ginger Extracts, used since Ancient Egypt for their hydrating, antioxidant and soothing properties on the skin. Ever heard of Winged Kelp Extract? Me neither, but this powerhouse plant boosts collagen and creates more supple skin. Finally, the Raspberry and Tomato stems cells in the Dual-Action Recovery Complex restore skin’s ability to hydrate and restructure, so your skin becomes stronger and more luminous!
If all that doesn’t make you want to try the mask, then just take my word for it- the new Erno Lazlo’s New Hydra-Therapy Memory Sleep Mask is AMAZING.
It’s the perfect product for all of us jet-setting expats.
