American Girl in Chelsea

A chic guide for American women who have relocated to London, England.

{Eat & Drink} Wolfgang brings CUT across the pond…

January 1, 2012 | Leave a Comment

Happy 2012 everyone!
I hope you had a blast celebrating!

Having frequented Wolfgang Puck’s CUT in the Beverly Wilshire for a handful of special occasions, I was thrilled when the Husband made a reservation at the new London location for our four-year anniversary.

Located in the new 45 Park Lane Hotel,  just a stone’s throw from from The Dorchester, CUT has been a difficult table to get since it opened earlier this year.

Missing your Napa wine?! The restaurant boasts the largest selection of American wine in the UK!

The US, UK, and Chilean cuts are displayed and explained before you place your order.

Butter lettuce, avocado, Shropshire blue cheese, champagne-herb vinaigrette

The famous tempura-style onion rings.

American petite-filet with creamed spinach (made with fried organic egg), onion rings, and a delicious bearnaise sauce.

And of course, no anniversary dinner is complete without a chocolate soufflé !

The entire meal was delicious and even better than when we had remembered from Beverly Hills!
For reservations, book online here or ring (0) 20 7493 4554.
