This is the second instalment of my photoshoot with makeup by Scarlett Rainer using Tom Ford Cosmetics, and this time we have gone for a camel coloured smokey eye. The Tom Ford Cacoa Mirage Quad is perfect for this look and you can keep it light or smoke it up depending on your mood, outfit, eye colour or occasion.

As always, we started with prepping my skin, Scarlett used Tom Ford Intensive Fusion Ultra Rich Moisturiser followed by Tom Ford’s Illuminating Primer. Scarlett loves primers as they smooth out the skin, creating a better surface for foundation and this keeps the make-up looking better for longer. This one is illuminating which is perfect for winter!

Here’s a great tip which I learned during this photoshoot. You should always do your eyes before foundation. This is so that any skincare has time to soak in and do is thing and so if your eye shadow “drops” its easy to clean up without ruining the make-up.

The Tom Ford eye shadows are amazing because the colour that you see in the palettes are exactly what you get on the eye and they are super easy to blend. Brows were brushed up and filled in with Brow Sculpting Kit in Light.

For the skin we used TF Traceless Perfecting Foundation in Sable with a damp beauty blender, and Estee Lauder’s BB Perfecting highlighting concealer pen under the eyes for extra brightness.

Scarlett set the foundation with Tom Ford Flawless Powder Foundation and bronzed up with MAC Mineralise in Dark Golden. There’s nothing like a little extra shimmer, and I have become addicted to Bobbi Brown’s Shimmer Brick, a beauty must-have in my humble opinion. For the lips Scarlett used Tom Ford’s First Time, which is my new go-to nude color for everyday!

We have one last beauty look coming at you from this very fun day, and it’s my personal fav, so stay tuned for more AG beauty!
