And. Scene….The Kensington has recently undergone a major (ah, hem.. 20 million pound) renovation, and while the hotel is elegant, the Aubrey Bar (named Aubrey after Aubrey De Vere, who was granted the Estate of Kensington by William The Conqueror) is opulent. With slate flooring, distressed mirrors, raw oak panels and a deep-blue Yves Klein inspired glass ceiling, is is the ideal setting for London’s finest cocktails.
And I mean, finest…. Check out some of Alessandro’s creations…
And, then came the canapes.
