Mini-AG is turning 3 in a couple weeks which means all of the holidays are becoming more fun. And so since this is the first Easter, really, that she gets whats going on, I wanted to make sure she was able to take part in a really fun Easter egg hunt.
Enter Kettners.
Kettners restaurant in Soho (yes, sometimes I leave my borough) is hosting an “Alice in Wonderland” themed Children’s Easter Egg Hunt this coming Easter Sunday.
On Sunday 31st of March, adults are invited to bring kids who are age 10 and under to be greeted by the White Rabbit and Mad Hatter and go exploring for chocolate eggs. Alice in Wonderland will be making balloon animals and there will also be Easter face painting.
Better yet, the egg hunt is complimentary when you book brunch in the 1920’s style brasserie. You have two seatings to choose from either 12:30 or 1:30, with the egg hunt taking place the hour before your reservation. The meal is a traditional British roast and there will also be a children’s menu. Head Chef Yossi Edri has created a ‘Kettner’s Easter Egg,” a milk chocolate shell encases a white chocolate mousse, a passion fruit jelly ‘yolk’ and a chocolate spoon to dig in.
And there’s fun for adults too! The Cocktail and Champagne Bar at Kettners will be open and serving two chocolate cocktails available inspired by the bar team’s favourite confectionary. The ‘Chocolate Orange’ and the ‘Rolo Martini.’
See you there!
